“I am not what happened to me.

I am what I choose to become.”

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that supports healing, growth, and change.

It helps you explore underlying patterns, gain clarity about the root causes of distress, and develop new ways of responding.

Through open and supportive conversations with a trusted therapist, psychotherapy offers both insight and practical strategies. The aim is not only greater self-understanding, but also the confidence and tools to create meaningful and lasting change.

Approaches can include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), which enables the brain to reprocess “stuck” memories so they become less overwhelming.

Coaching

Coaching is a future-focused process informed by positive psychology and designed to support growth and change.

It helps you clarify the goals that matter most, align them with your values, and develop the mindset and habits needed to achieve them.

Through guidance, encouragement, and practical tools for everyday life, coaching turns insight into action.

The aim is not only to achieve immediate outcomes, but to strengthen confidence, resilience, and effectiveness - embedding lasting change into the way you live.

Groups

Group therapy offers a supportive space where people come together to share experiences, learn from one another, and grow.

Facilitated by a clinician, groups provide the chance to view your challenges from fresh perspectives, practise new skills in a safe environment, and draw strength from the experiences of others.

This process is both grounding and motivating - helping to reduce isolation, deepen connection, and foster meaningful personal growth that lasts beyond the group.

the embed difference

Every journey begins with awareness, but it’s the steps you take each day that lead to lasting change. At Embed, we combine insight with action. Grounded in clarity and compassion, our approach is designed to support you not only in understanding your past, but in confidently moving forward.
